1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Palkan Perfumes. These B2B Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Palkan Perfumes Pvt. Ltd., concerning your access to and use of our manufacturing services.

2. Manufacturing Minimums & Orders

All white-label manufacturing orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) which vary by product type (e.g., 5,000 units for paper air fresheners). Production lead times commence only after written sign-off on the final prototype and receipt of the agreed deposit.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your brand's logos and visual assets. By contracting our services, you grant Palkan Perfumes a limited license to print and manufacture items bearing your IP specifically for fulfillment of your order.

4. Quality Assurance & Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of customized manufacturing, returns are not accepted unless the delivered product materially deviates from the approved physical prototype. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the freight.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of the manufacturing agreement will be governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
